Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Rheld Farm. We hope you enjoy your stay. Please find below the terms and conditions applicable to our site.   Please note that Rheld Farm is not responsible should anything  cause you to be late or cancel your stay with us, for example a car breaking down, illness, bad weather, etc. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We recommend that you purchase insurance, should you have to change or cancel your trip, you can get your deposit or full booking fee back from your insurance company. * Booking with a non-refundable deposit is required, (see our Cancellation Policy for more details) the remaining balance
MUST be paid on arrival or at the most convenient time for the site owners.  * Your pitch will be allocated on the Welcome board on arrival. * Visitors - Please inform us if you intend to have visitors during your stay, this is a requirement by our insurance company. Visitors are requested not to bring pets with them, even if only staying for a few hours * We welcome one well-behaved dog per pitch. However, please keep in mind that dogs must be kept on a lead all times while on site and cannot be left unattended. As we are a working farm with livestock adjacent to the CL site, anyone found not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave the site. Thank you for your cooperation..  * We do not have any toilet or shower facilities.  * Greenman Festival - Bookings during the week of the Greenman Festival increase to £25 per night and will be subject to a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid 3 weeks before the start of your stay. Should you cancel your stay before the balance is paid there will be a £30 admin fee which will be deducted from your deposit before being refunded. This is only applicable to Greenman week. * Please respect the privacy of others using the site.  * For your safety and security the site is covered by our CCTV system * Rheld Farm may take photos of the site for publication on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to have your unit photographed please notify the site owners.  * We kindly request that guests do not charge their vehicles on site. There are EV charging stations in the main car park in Crickhowell. Anyone found to be charging their vehicle will be asked to leave the site with immediate effect.  * Groups: If you are booking with friends or family, you must inform us when you book so that we can try and site you on adjacent pitches if they are available. We will require a membership number for each unit booking. We reserve the right to ask for full payment in advance for group bookings. * In the unfortunate event that  a guest needs assistance in vacating the site, Rheld Farm CL will not be held responsible for any damage caused whilst being towed. This is at guests own risk, if guests prefer not to be towed by Rheld Farm, they will have to make their own arrangements for a recovery vehicle, but there will be a charge for overstay * For safeguarding reasons we do not accept anyone on site who is a registered sex offender/with convictions for sexual offences 

Cancellation policy * If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please ensure you do in good time, so we can rebook the pitch.   * Please note that Rheld Farm is not responsible should anything  cause you to be late or cancel your stay with us, for example a car breaking down, illness, bad weather, etc. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.   * All deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to another date, if changing the booking is more than 14 days before arrival (This can only be transferred once and only if rebooking at the time of cancellation) * Bookings cancelled 14 days or less before arrival – no refund of deposit     Payment *Charges are £22.50 per pitch, inc 10kWh of electric per night, minimum of 2 nights in advance, one night is at the site owners discretion. We accept cash or card. * We accept credit cards or Cash. A non-refundable deposit of one night pitch fee  (two nights pitch fee for bookings 3 to 6 nights, 7 - 10 nights 3 nights pitch fee 11+ nights equivalent to 4 nights) is required to secure the booking, the any remaining balance MUST be paid on arrival. * Deposits MUST be paid within 72 hours of receiving confirmation of booking. A reminder email will be sent will be sent during this time. Bookings will be cancelled if the deposit has not been paid after this time.
