We are delighted to be shortlisted for the 2023 CL of the Year Award by the CAMC., and we thank all those who nominated Ash Meadow. Ash Meadow is a quiet and secluded site with lovely views over the Golden Valley, and is set within a large gently sloping wild flower meadow bordering the River Dore. All pitches have electric hook-up and are generously spaced. Local bus services to Hay on Wye and Hereford stop at the site entrance. The site is powered by our own solar generated electricity. The local area caters for many outdoor recreation activities including walking, bird watching, pony trekking, cycling, canoeing and climbing. Ash Meadow CL offers a quiet and peaceful site, well away from the road but with easy access. A wide variety of wildlife is often seen on site, including red kite, buzzards, kingfisher, badger, fox and even deer. Ash Meadow is a dog free site Ash Meadow is a seasonal site, open April to September.
