The site is approximately 200 yards from the main road (A379) yet is quiet and secluded. There is a bus service 250 yards from site running half hourly. Nearby you can visit Powderham Castle or Pay as You Play Golf or visit the sandy beaches (including Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve). Ideal for walking S W Coast path or Cycling the Exe trail. Dogs are welcome. Sloping pitches. PLEASE DO NOT USE SATNAV when travelling to this site

The Town of Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans on the Brook, also sadly the railway line being washed away! Dawlish Warren has a blue flag beach and a nature reserve. The SW Coastal path is close by as is the Exe trail Cycle path. Dartmoor is easily accessible.
