Dodford Lodge Campsite is located on a family farm. The site has fantastic views, from its elevated position, across beautiful farmland. The farm has created wildlife strips and from your pitch you may get a glimpse of the beautiful barn owls or the deer running across the fields in front of you. A quiet and tranquil location but with easy access. There is a fantastic farm shop and butchers, on the farm next door, which is only 2 miles away. Less than 1/2 mile from this you will arrive at the Heart of The Shires shopping village where the old farm buildings have beautiful shops and a great coffee shop. For all those essentials Weedon's small Tesco is only 2 miles away. The White Horse pub at Norton serves fantastic fish and chips and is a lovely walk or cycle, along the rolling gated byway. Its only 1.5 miles away giving you just enough time to help build up an appetite and thirst! From the farm there are beautiful walks to be found.

There is a lovely circular walk taking in the grand union canal, Heart of the Shires Shopping village and the local farm shop. A slight deviation, all of 5 minutes, lets you grab a pint at the pub in Norton. If you fancy a day out Warwick Castle is only 25 miles away, or you can jump on the train at Long Buckby, that is 5.5 miles away and be in Birmingham under the hour. Silverstone race circuit is 14 miles away and has an interactive motorsports museum. The site is ideal for cycling, walking, discovering the attractions in the local area, or just sitting back and enjoying the beautiful views and we hope you have a fantastic time.
