Crablake Farm is a traditional mixed farm, with the caravan site nestled centrally. There is easy access from major truck roads and the M5 motorway. Having said that the site is quiet and peaceful with very little in the way of passing traffic. As a result you will see a good range of wildlife from the site and if lucky you might see Cirl Buntings, a rare bird which we work closely with the RSPB to help breed. Within easy cycling distance you will also find the RSPB Nature Reserve on the Exe Estuary Marshes. Here you can wander enjoying the scenery and wildlife and also stop of at The Turf Pub located at the end of the Exeter Canal with stunning views over the estuary. The Estuary cycle path is also close by offering level cycling from Dawlish, through to Exeter and onwards to Exmouth. There are also a number of excellent local Pubs to sample such as The Ley Arms and 7 Stars. The site is easy to reach from the M5 and we are close to Exeter, many beaches and the Moors.
