1. To stay at Bayardo Farm Certificated Location site you must be a current member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club. We will ask for your membership number at the time of booking and may ask to see your club membership card upon arrival. 2. Full payment is required for stays of 1 or 2 nights. For stays of 3 nights or more, a minimum deposit of one night will be required. 3. Balance will be due by bank transfer prior to arrival or on arrival (bank transfer or cash accepted). 4. Two night minimum at weekends. One night bookings may be accepted at short notice. 5. Arrival is from 12 noon and departure is by 11am. Early arrivals or late departures, by arrangement 6. Please keep dogs on the lead while on site. Please do not leave dogs unattended. Dog waste must be collected and disposed of responsibly. 7. Only authorized persons allowed on site and permission must be sought from the owner for visitors. 8. We do not allow the use of awning heaters, drones or other radio-controlled devices 9. No campfires 10. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct we consider is detrimental to us, or to our other visitors. 11. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your property or vehicles, or any injury to you or your visitors while on our property. 12. WiFi is provided free of charge but we cannot guarantee 100% connection all of the time due to our rural location. 13. If the electricity supply or WiFi is not working please contact us by phone or text. 14. No commercial vehicles are permitted on site. 15. Members can access Public footpaths from the site, but access to working farmland is forbidden 16. If the site owner feels that a member’s behaviour, or the behaviour of a pet, is causing a nuisance then the owner is permitted to ask a member to cease the behaviour or leave the site, and to report the member to the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Cancellation Policy If you have to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to rebook your pitch and recover lost income. For cancellations 30 days or more before your arrival date, we will return your deposit if an alternative date cannot be agreed. For cancellations at short notice, a deposit refund will be at our discretion if we are not able to rebook your stay for an alternative date. No refund is available if you choose to depart early.
