A small site with very quick access to the M74 so ideal as an overnight stop. We have 5 Hard standing pitches of which 3 have hook up. Fresh water and toilet waste facilities. We are Dog friendly and there is a lovely dog walk from the site of up to 3 miles and can include a visit to the Old Blacksmith Shop where the weddings take place. We would also be a handy site for anyone attending a wedding in Gretna Green. There are lots of options around the site. The Borders is lovely country and very quite compared to The Lakes which are also only 45 mins drive away. The Galloway region is also a quite oft overlooked Gem. The Industrial heritage of the North Pennines and The Roman Wall is also just across the border. Dogs very welcome Late/Early arrivals no problem if done quietly We do suffer some noise from the motorway but it drops off a lot overnight. Please take this into account when booking.
