Collacott Farm CL is surrounded by beautiful countryside and has wonderful estuary views. It is approximately one and a half miles from Fremington which has a few shops: supermarket, chemist, hairdressers, fish & chip shop and a Chinese restaurant. It also has 2 pubs. A regular bus service is available from Fremington. Collacott Farm is ideally placed between the market towns of Barnstaple & Bideford - the coastline and beautiful North Devon beaches such as Instow, WEstward Ho! Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde. The "Tarka Trail" which provides 30 miles of scenic cycle path can be accessed at Fremington Quay, from which bicycles can be hired. Whilst in North Devon it is a must to have a 'Hockings' ice cream, which is made in Appledore (another lovely place to visit). The ice cream can only be bought from their vans, dotted around North Devon, not in the shops. Temporary mapping fault, do not follow ‘plot a route’ directions’
