This site is off the main road and is peaceful and surrounded by fields yet close to the Avon Valley Steam Railway (0.5m) and Avon Cycleway (also 0.5m). There are pubs and shops within walking distance. There are also public footpaths from the site. The Aspects Leisure Centre located just 2 miles away and has a swimming pool and a thirteen screen cinema and other attractions. There is an excellent bus service to Bristol and Bath from the main road (approimately 0.5 miles away).
