Be sure of the warmest welcome at Glandir by Graham and his family. The site is based on the outskirts of the beautiful chocolate box village of Berriew, which is just a short walk along the tranquil Montgomeryshire canal. The CL site is on a small holding, with uninterrupted views towards Long Mountain. It is family friendly and well behaved dogs are more than welcome. Just a 100 yards from the site is the Horseshoe Pub, perfect for an evening meal. Nearby attractions include Montgomery with its historic castle having absolutely fantastic views towards the Shropshire hills. Montgomery has several little shops, a couple of cafes and a few pubs for a lazy lunch or evening meal, be sure to pop in ... especially the Flower House and say hello to Graham's mum and dad. Just down the road from Glandir is the market town of Welshpool, which boasts the National Trust attraction Powys Castle, an unmissable day out. Come and visit us as there are many more local attractions to discover.
