The CL site is situated on a hill overlooking Rye with extended views out to the English Channel. The site is quite near to the footpath leading to Rye which has a great historic past and many pubs and restaurants. There are two within walking distance of the site - The Kings Head and the Playden Oasts. There is a golf course at Camber and we are not to far from the famous Castle at Bodiam. Great Dixter House at Northiam is about 7 miles away. In Rye there is cricket to watch and a Bowling club.
