Located on a working farm with great views across the Ottery river valley to Bodmin Moor in the distance. Approximately 5 miles from Launceston and 14 miles from Widemouth Bay on the North Cornish coast. From Launceston, head west towards the village of Egloskerry, turn right just before the village towards North Petherwin, over the river bridge and the site is about half a mile up the hill on the left.
