Our adults-only caravan site spans one acre in an ‘L’ shape, giving guests plenty of space to relax. The site features closely mown grass and hard-standing pitches with 16A electric hook-ups, and we warmly welcome well-behaved dogs. The site has been described as 'Heaven on earth and 'Tranquility at its best' and as a members only site you have exclusive access and a chance to relax and enjoy. Just a short stroll through our fields brings you to four serene ponds and delightful woodland—perfect for observing wildlife. Ashdon Farm is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, with regular visits from woodpeckers and, if you’re lucky, the flash of a kingfisher! Located right on the Cornwall and Devon border, just a mile from the A388 and 15 minutes from the Tamar Bridge, Ashdon Farm is ideally situated as a base for exploring both counties. Discover attractions only 15 minutes away, such as Cotehele National Trust, Lawrence House, Tamar Trails, Kit Hill, Calstock Quay, and Pentille Castle. Within a 40-minute drive, you can enjoy Antony House, Lanhydrock House, the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mount Edgcumbe, Siblyback Lake, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor, Cornish beaches, river cruises, and much more. LONG TERM ONLY The facility offers secure storage solutions for caravans, motorhomes, and camper vans, serving clients from nearby areas such as Plymouth, Saltash, Callington, and Liskeard. The storage compound is purpose-built with hard standing pitches, each allocated with approximately 5 feet of space between them. On-Site Management: Owners Tim and Helen reside on-site.
