Swanley House is an Adult Only advanced booking CL set in approx. 2.5 ac of land with open views across the local countryside. This is a quiet rural site but has excellent access to the various attractions & amenities within a 20 mile radius. The site provides an ideal base for those wishing to relax or engage in recreational sports such as fishing, walking & cycling. There are a number of excellent Local Pubs which serve quality food & beers. The CL Site is level and laid to short / mown grass. The site can only accommodate lightweight motor homes being all on grass, and is unsuitable for large heavy motor homes as the going can be soft. All 5 pitches are now fully serviced pitches each offering 16 amp electric hook -up point, each with their own water and grey waste point. The site has a central Chemical closet disposal & rinsing point & Re-cycle waste point. Please note there are no public showers or toilet.
Pitch price for 2025 season from £25 for a fully serviced pitch including all electric. Addition charge for extra persons - £3 per night.

Arrival time is from Midday and departure time is latest 11am Adult Only Site No Dogs. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted
