A warm welcome is extended to caravanners and motorhome owners to come and relax and to visit our lovely area. Our 1.25 acre lawned site is located just outside the small village of Laithes, away from main roads. All our pitches are level and have access to electric hook ups and stunning views over open countryside, woodland and fells. The site overlooks our adjoining 2.5 acre field, in which members can also pitch up in. The sunsets over Blencathra are breathtaking and are well worth looking out for. Located on the edge of the Lake District National Park, we are an ideal base for touring, walking and cycling. Our site is ideal for those wishing to break their journey going to, or coming from Scotland and for the majority wishing a long stay to appreciate our beautiful area.
£20 per night £2 per awning (all sizes) Pitch fee includes reasonable use of electricity. Each pitch is metered and price includes up to 12kwh per day. Electricity used above this amount will be charged at the current variable rate. Each pitch has an individual meter and you will be able to keep an eye on your usage. Off Grid No EHU option £17 per night

Carlisle to the north is located 15 miles away and Keswick to the west, the same distance. There a wide variety of local attractions, to suit all tastes. Walking, water sports, National Trust properties and woodlands. The coast is not too far away either, with Silloth, Allonby and St Bees all having popular beaches.
