Cherry Cottage CL is a quiet and peaceful CL, located on the outskirts of the village of Middlemarsh, central Dorset, 7 miles south of the beautiful Sherborne. An ideal location to explore the countryside made famous in Thomas Hardy novels, the Dorset coast and surrounding counties. We are open all year and offer 2 hardstanding pitches and level well drained lawn pitches. + EHU + Fresh water tap on each pitch + Complimentary fast Wifi available. + Toilet available in cottage garden + Laundry Room Dogs are welcome to enjoy the onsite dog walk around our hay meadow (on leads). There are numerous walking opportunities including a nice walk to the village pub following public footpaths across a couple fields (dog and child friendly). Scheduled bus can be caught from our site entrance (Mon-Fri) The Dorset country lanes provide great cycling routes, with ideal stop offs at local cafes or pubs.
From £22 per night includes van, car, awning and up to 2 adults and 2 children. Electricity up to 7kWh per day included, excess payable at cost currently 27p per kWh. Additional adults £3 per night, children £1 per night, car £1 per night Additional charges for use of laundry room. Deposit 30% (min 2 nights fee) at time of booking, balance due 7 days prior to arrival.

Sherborne is nestled in green valleys and wooded hills, is without doubt one of the most beautiful towns in England. It boasts 2 castles and a stunning Abbey, there are also a wide range of individual shops and cafes.
