Pre-booking required. Booking is only confirmed once Deposit/Payment has been made. For stays of 3 days, or fewer or booking within 28 days of arrival full payment is required to book. For stays of 4 days or more a 50% Deposit is required to book, with the balance paid no later than two weeks prior to arrival. When you book via this site you will receive a full confirmation email, from Shingle Hall Farm CL, which will also ask for acknowledgment of receipt plus payment or a deposit for your stay. You will also get a text message to confirm the email has been sent. Once the payment or deposit has been received you will also get confirmation oF your booking from this site. If we do not get payment, email or a call within 24 hours we will assume you do not wish to proceed with your enquiry and it will be cancelled. During periods of prolonged rain, it may be necessary to ask you to pitch or park on our temporary hard standing. I will email you the day before your arrival to update you on any traffic issues and to ask for an approximate arrival time. Bank holidays etc, minimum booking of three days.** (please call we may be able to accommodate) Emails and booking requests are always replied on day of receipt. If you haven’t had a reply chances are I hadn’t got your request so call or email directly.

Payments/Deposits are refundable, less £15 providing that 28 days notice is given. We will Endeavour to re market booking if cancelled within the 28 day period and if successful,credit against future bookings will be given or a refund. Please note we, we discourage guests but is possible with prior written consent at extra cost We advise you to take out adequate insurance, should you need to cancel or change your holiday, so that you can recover any associated costs from your insurance provider.
