Welcome to Waterpump CL, a Motorhome only site, located in the meadow aside our beautiful 200+ year old cottage with sunset views across the fields. Enjoy peace & quiet away from roads & neighbouring properties, with the River Alde at the far side of the meadow, there is plenty of wildlife to be spotted & enjoyed, deer, owls and otters to name but a few. Just a 4min walk to the pub down a footpath direct from site. Our large flat hardstanding pitches, perfect for Motorhomes, located in the former menage all have 16amp EHU & water with uninterrupted views of the Suffolk countryside. We also have two summer grass pitches both with EHU & water. Onsite we have a chemical waste disposal point, refuse & recycling point & visitor information board. All enquiries will be replied to in a timely manner, messages will be replied to. Located in Badingham off the A1120 tourist route, hidden down a track (passing place just before house) with access to footpaths & local to National cycle route 1

Waterpump Annex - 4 person, adults only annex, attached to our cottage with outdoor space & parking area. Comprising a downstairs kitchen & shower room, upstairs a large double & a twin room. Please respect other visitors & keep dogs under control. Quiet is requested after 10pm. We ask campers to respect our fair usage request of water and electric eg. washing of vehicles or portable heaters in awnings at any time. We are unable to accept caravans, as per our CAMC licence re access.

We also have a 2 bedroom holiday annex at the property and a luxury camping pod with ensuite for 2 should you wish your family and friends to join you on your holidays. Our nearest and favourite town is Framlingham, a 10 minute drive or 1 hour 10 minute walk across the fields, a historical market town with shops, Tuesday and Saturday markets, restaurants, cafes and English Heritage Castle. The railway station, just 20 minutes away is Wickham Market located in the village of Campsea Ashe with access to Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and London. A 30 minute drive will take you to gorgeous Suffolk coastal towns and villages, such as the popular Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. Also half an hour away is the town of Woodbridge on the River Deben with shops, cinema and leisure centre. There are many other places to visit in the area, such as Snape Maltings with its shops and concert hall, Rendlesham Forest Centre, Minsmere RSPB, National Trust Site Sutton Hoo with recent publicity from the film The Dig, Stonham Barns and its Owl Sanctuary, Independent cinemas - our favourite and oldest in Leiston, The Long Shop Museum of steam also in Leiston, Adnams brewery with tours in Southwold and local vineyard Shawsgate just a 40 minute walk across the fields.
