We are now taking bookings for the March to October 2024 season. Orchard Meadow CL is located within a 10 acre small holding about half a mile from the charming Cotswold village of Bibury. William Morris once described Bibury as "the most beautiful village in England". The site itself is flat, about 1 acre in size and regularly mown. Pitches are 18 metres apart with their own electrical hook up and water tap. The site has an open aspect with views over the Cotswold countryside. Recycling facilities are provided. The site is an excellent base for exploring the Cotswolds. It is about 6 miles from Cirencester, 7 miles from Chedworth Roman Villa, 10 miles from Burford, 11 miles from the Cotswold Water Park, 12 miles from Bourton-on-the-Water, 18 miles from the Cotswold Farm Park (Adam's Farm), 20 miles from Cheltenham and 21 miles from Westonbirt Arboretum. More details can be found in our Information Hut. There is a bus stop 500 yards from the site with 5 buses a day into Cirencester

Must See Attractions & Landmarks

The Cotswolds is richly rural: with over 3,000 miles of footpaths and bridleways to explore; ancient woodlands and wildflower meadows. This wonderful landscape provides a sumptuous harvest of local produce, with cheeses, meats and drinks appearing prominently on the menus of the old inns, colourful cafes, gastro pubs and fine dining restaurants scattered generously across the region. One of the pleasures of visiting the Cotswolds is exploring the different areas, each with its own identity, yet all quintessentially English villages of honey-coloured stone. There’s a vibrant buzz in places like Cheltenham, Cirencester, and Witney. As well as an arty heartbeat too – this includes the wealth of festivals that are a testament to the artistic vibe of the region.
