As well as pubs and cafes, you will find a pharmacy, fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway and a local butchers. For days out by public transport, there are regular buses and trains to Lincoln, Newark, and Nottingham. The site is level with well draining sandy ground and water at each electric hook up. There is a new single shower and toilet, a pot wash, and an information hut at the rear filled with local menus and leaflets. This is an adult only site and well behaved dogs are welcome if kept on a lead. Please take care not to let dogs approach the horses, and only interact with the horses with the owner's consent. Please note the yard is out of bounds. Occasionally you might notice the scent of wood smoke from the nearby glamping site when the hot tubs are first heated. Quiet times are from ten at night until eight in the morning.

Important: Do not turn left immediately after the railway crossing, instead go into the village and left at the green. From Newark take the A1133 north towards Gainsborough. On entering the village of Collingham, turn left at The Green and continue onto Church Street then onto Cottage Lane. Site on right in approximately 360 metres.
