Our site is near the end of a leafy lane which had little passing traffic. Sited on ½ acre, part of it slopes slightly. The ground drains exceptionally well as it is overlying chalk. This enables us to remain open all year as only in the most extreme circumstances is wet weather a problem, and then only for a very short time. 16 amp electric hook-ups are provided on all pitches. There is a wc and hand-basin with h & c water and hand-drier. Dogs are welcome if under control. We have recycling facilities which we encourage caravanners to use. There are a number of tracks and footpaths to walk across Thanet's historically open landscape. On the A256 towards Broadstairs roundabout adjacent to Marks & Spencer at Westwood Cross take the 1st exit (Star Lane Link Road) and then 1st left into Star Lane and bear right into Manston Court Road. In 0.5 mile turn right into Valley Road. GO PAST the white cantilever gate on the right. The next wooden gate on the right is the site entrance.
