Some of the most notable would include Easton Farm Park, Framlingham Castle, Sutton Hoo, Suffolk Punch Trust, Snape, Maltings and RSPB Minsmere which are all within a short drive. The site is at the end of a "No Through Road" which means that there is no passing traffic, and allows for a peaceful setting with plenty of walks away from main roads. Seven Spar, which only stands in 10 acres, in common with hundreds of farms across the country became uneconomic as an agricultural unit, hence the change of use for both land and buildings.
